Set the parameter of a new composition according to your requirement and press on the Ok button of this dialog box. Step 3: A dialog box of ‘composition setting’ will be open now. A drop-down list will open choose the ‘New Composition’ option from this list. For New Composition, go to Menu Bar, which is at the top of the working screen and click on the Composition menu of this ribbon. Step 2: Let us now take a New Composition for our learning. We have two ribbons in this software to make other adjustments during our working: the Menu bar and Tool panel. Step 1: In the user screen of After Effect, we have four major sections that are Project Panel which is at the left side of the working screen named as ‘Project’: it shows a number of active components in the current project, second is Timeline panel which is at the bottom end of this software: this shows you a number of layers, and you can adjust a parameter of animation here, the third one is parameter section which is at the right side of the working screen: it has different parameters such as Effect & Presets, Align, Audio, and some others: these parameters help you in the animation of any object, the last one is Composition area which works as a visual interface for your working in this software. So my question is: how do I make it so the wiggle expression only starts after the ease and whizz has ended? I know the wiggle expression accepts time values, but honestly I've never done anything that complex.3D animation, modelling, simulation, game development & others This is from the Ease and Whizz plugin, plus the very very basic wiggle expression at the end. Note that the object on the right moves erratically and different from the rest.Īnd here's the full lenght of the script of the erratic boi. However, I've used an ease and whizz script so the explosion happens smoothly, and applying the wiggle expression right after it makes it look weird. I'm doing this in the most basic way: position keyframes and wiggle expression.

I'm currently making an animation where I have multiple objects "explode" from the center and then wiggle around. I have posted this same question in the Graphic Design stackexchange, but decided to also post here just in case. However, I do dabble in motion graphics, and have just recently begin working with expressions. First I'd like to clarify that I'm by no means a professional programmer.
